Problem on section view/volume calc

hello


I have a problem when I calculate volume in civil 3d 2015 ...

the program is calculating cut and fill which is not necessary, and as I have 10km of road, i think this error is changing quite the final value of cut and fill...

can someone help me fix this problem?

Please post a screen shot of the corridor and corridor surfaces displayed, in the same area of project as the sections posted represent.
