Pressure Pipes - Is there anyway to add additional pipe sizes, yet!

I'm aware of being able to add additional parts using .CONTENT for appurtenances and elbows and such, but I NEED to be able to add pipe sizes smaller than 4" diameter.   Even changing the diameter in the Content Catalog Editor does not change the diameter of the pipe when using it to create the network in a .dwg.

Am I missing something?

Are there any raw pipe models out there somewhere that we can create the .Content files from?

Is there .CONTENT files in any other autodesk programs that can be imported into Civil 3D's Content Editor?

This has been holding up the use of pressure pipes by so many in the 2 plus years of pressure pipe existence.
