Pressure Pipe Networks - Creating Custom Parts

I'm trying to create some custom parts for our parts catalog and have a couple of questions:

1. Is there any way to control the visual diameter of a custom fitting created using a solid and the

PUBLISHPARTCONTENT command? The OOTB valves match the pipe diameter.

2. I began with the Imperial_AWWA_Mechanical.sqlite Catalog and it doesn't contain any Gate Valves

& multiple sizes are needed. When I try to import the .CONTENT file into the Content

Catalog Editor I get the warning that it's been previously added.

Does this mean a separate content file has to be created for 4", 6" 8" etc. ?

Any insight is appreciated.

Jay I believe you do need to create each different part for each size from 3d entity.

I looked into this a while ago and that's as far as i took it.

I think the pipe work is different and does have sizing parametric abilities.
