Porfile Band Issues

Hello,
The task i am trying to do seems very simple, but i can't find a way to do it.
I have profile view showing a pipe ( pipe is following the profile i designed) and exsiting surface. ALl what i want a band showing the cover between the crown and the E surface. I cant find a way to do it even with the pipe data.

Can someone pelase help me.

Thanks.

The only way to do this is to create a profile at the crown of the pipe and the use the EG profile and the crown profile to calculate the difference.

It appears to be a common issue and I wouldn't want to have to create a profile and make the changes when the design changes. There is a command in the SincPac that does it  as well as the Steltman tools. It might also be included in other 3rd party apps as well. If you happen to work for MWH they also have an awesome solution that is dynamic to any changes to pipes.
