Polylines have lost their width, only shows perimeter

All of the polylines with width in this file are only showing the perimeter linework for the polylines with thickness. Is there a fix? Properties shows the line to be the correct width. New polylines drawin in the file with width appear the same way.

Type plan & set it to World or the UCS of your choice to make sure you don't
have a very small coordinate shift.

What version and do you have Raster Design installed?
There's a hot fix for 2009 if that's it.
