My point label and point wont change color when i change the color of their layer. The label & point properties are all set to "by layer". Is this a bug or am i missing something?
There's a good chance you have Description Keys on. See your settings tab, Point, Commands, Create Points. Right click on that and select Edit Command Settings...Expand the Points Creation collection and find Disable Description Keys. Set that to True. Does this help?
