Points labels in dragged state

When dragging the point labels the arrow pulls away from the point. Is there a way to get the machine to have the arrow to touch the point it labels.

Is control by the "Point Style", under Point Style Editor> Summary tab>Marker>Leader Stops at marker = No

Thanks so much this is the wonderful answer i needed. Now tell me is there a way to do it globally to all points or do i have to go in each point to do this. thanks so for your help
