Point Precision

I am working with C3D2010 and inserting regular points from the draw menu. When I assign an elevation to the point through the properties toolbar, it rounds up to the nearest 0.1 and I would like it to show a precision of 0.001 as I am working with meters. For example, I have an elevation that is 532.158, it shows in the properties that it is 532.2 and I would like to show 532.158.

Edit Drawing Settings in the Ambient tab. Set your elevations to 3
decimals.

Maybe I should have clarified which value I wanted more precise. It's the Position Z in the properties. I insert the points and then change their elevation at the properties location shown.

I went to where you had mentioned in the Ambient tab and the precision was already set to 3. Edited by: jheinz5762 on Jan 19, 2010 9:07 AM
