I've attached a little VB program which will enable you to generate your
own data set.
All you need do is tell it how many rows and columns of data and a file
name (without extension - it adds ".CSV" automatically)
The elevations are random between 90 and 110 and the grid spacing is 10.
The output file from a test run is about 10Mb
