Is this possible if i can change the column names, not a cell. For instance: Name of the colume is "Full Description" to become something else?

Or add a new column with my own description?

Additional columns can be added by creating "User defined property classifications" under Point in the Settings tab of Toolspace.

Additional columns of derived data can also be added by creating expressions in Settings>Point>Label Styles.
