Plotting plan and profile sheets with Sheet Sets

I have created plan and profile sheets using the plan production tools. I am only able to plot the sheets 1 at a time using sheet sets, page setup overrides. If I try to plot a group of sheets I receive the message that they all plotted but they are never sent to the plotter. Has anyone else had this problem and if so did you find a work around?
