Plan-production tools problem

Hi Attached is included a standard sheet of my client which have plan and profile frame. I Also have included a style for profile style as Clinet-GRID and a band set as "Client-Band”. Also, I put some frame in my alignment (yellow frame) which I like to provide my sheets based on those. My question is : 1-how can I use plan production tools to have some plan frame like what I have shown as yellow on the alignment? I tried to use plan production tools, but most of the plan frame have overlap! 2-how can I have a match line exactly like what my client want? 3-how can I define my own north arrow in the dwt file?

Cant open your drawing from here, but have you taken the steps to convert your clients drawing into an PP template, and make the profile view styles accordingly?
