pipes - structure styles using block is distored

I using Civil 3d 2104 and have a pipe layout.  Structure are Null, with a style.

I plan view, I'm trying show the structuce as a 45 degree bend.  I have created a block of the 45 degree bend.

I created a new style (45 bend),

in Plan,

User define part is my new block.

Size options,  use fixed scale from part size ( I want the block size base on the pipe size).

Fixed scael is 1  1  1.  I have ckect enable part masking, since I want the block to trim the pipes.

all is good EXCEPT the block is distored and do not match the pipe size.  I have also try using this sytel with other structure but they are also distored.

If I use "Size option" useing a  fix scale, the block show a plan correctly, except that I would need to create a block for each pipe size.

I have look at the pipe part, but I didn't see anything about XYZ values.

so what wrong

After this I will do the same for wye, reducers and others fittings.

Are there pipe catalogue with fittings for gravity systems piping.

Thanks
