I have a problem with a curved pipe in a storm sewer network. When I create the pipes I have arcs between null structures and the arcs represent one overall curve or radius of pipe. Occasionally the pipes act up and draw a portion of the pipe in the complimentary angle of the span of pipe (see attached). If I have a 3 foot section of pipe, it will draw the outer radius correctly but the inner wall radius turns into a circle of nealy 360 degrees instad of drawing the 1 degree portion that is expected. This often happens after days of the pipe behaving normally.
