Pipe Rule set (Cover and Slope rule)

Hi,

I am working on sanitary pipe network, in which I want set Pipe Rule Set as

Min Cover = 0.3 &

If Road Gradient <= 0.6 ,Pipe Slope = 0.6

   Road Gradient >0.6 , Pipe Slope = Road Gradient

Please guide me on Pipe Rule (Cover and Slope Rule) for the same.

I think a Slope and Cov er rule would work here. Set the min slope to .6% and the max to something large and likewise set the min cover to 0.3 and the max to something large.
