With the pre SP1 civil3d I was getting ghost pipes showing in my section views. After installation of sp1 my drawing would no longer open, access violation error. I have been able to open the drawing with civil3d sp1 with the section views removed, but as soon as I draw a section view with pipes sampled the program crashes with the same access violation error.
