Pipe Networks - Labelling Crossing Pipes In Profile

Does anyone know if there is a way to label a crossing pipe in profile view?  I have a 24" storm line crossing and I want to simply lable the IE and Pipe Size.  I cant seem to manipulate the style settings to do this.

Thanks, all of the DL commands are not reconized (I am using 2013).
