Pipe Network Won't say "OK"

Rookie at work.... This is my first time at setting up pipes and network. When i create a network from object, it lets me insert the network name, parts list, pipe size, surface name, and alignment name, but the "ok" box on the bottom won't activate and it stays gray in the background. How do i accept the changes/network creation?

The parts list must contain a structure besides the default null structure. This is a change from 2007.

….of course, I’m assuming you’re referring to Civil 3D 2008.

I am using C3D 2008.
