Pipe Network not visible

I cannot see my pipe network or in some cases i can only see half of the pipe. I  can see the structures that I am connecting to and when I click on the portion of the pipe that is visible, the vertices appear in both structures. Its like the pipe is there but invisible. Any ideas?

It's a long shot but the first thing that comes to mind is linetpe scales. Mess around with the ltscale system variable and see if that makes any difference. Doubt it will but you never know.

It ended up being the size in inches inside "edit structure properties". It was lower than it needed to be for some reason.

Breaks in my pipe network went away when I went into model (tilemode 1) and adjusted the annotation scale on the bottom bar to 1"=40'.  When I popped back into paper it all was shown.  Same thing happened in another dwg and I did the same thing and it worked again.
