Pipe Network Issues

In trying to modify any part in a part network or draw a new pipe, structure, etc., we get the following error:

"There is a problem with Script Control (msscript.ocx).This problem may be corrected by reinstalling Internet Explorer or reregistering the control."

Has anyone else seen this message? It's only on one computer and it is a new issue just in the last 2 weeks. Thoughts? Thank you!

Hi Jennifer,

This error is not specific to AutoCAD Civil 3D, it is more of a Windows related issue.

You may want to try one of the following to resolve the issue:

• Run repair of AutoCAD Civil 3D from Control Panel > Programs and Features.
• Perform a clean uninstall per How to remove all products from a Windows system. Then reinstall the product
