PDF Plotting Issues

We are having problems when plotting DWG to PDF, or PDF in general.

If you look at the attachment here, you can see that some of the grid is missing.

Where the existing ground is under the grid and the grid been screen back to color 254 and plotting by layer.

The existing ground disappears.

Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated.

From I have read SP1 may have something to do with it, Rather then to uninstall SP1 we would like to find a solution.

Thank's

Are you using Adobe to view the pdf?  We have had issues recently with our grids them not showing up in Adobe.  We repair acrobat and then next time we print dwg to pdf, the grid will show up just fine.  Never had that problem with bluebeam or another pdf viewer, only adobe.

It looks like your grid and the EG are about the same lineweight, and similar colors as well, so when they overlap, one of the two is going to be hard to see.  You might try increasing the lineweight of your EG layer so that it stands out more.
