Pausing Saves

Anyone notice that if you right click in the Toolspace while saving it will
pause the save process?

That's an interesting find. The right click message must slip through to
the toolspace when AutoCAD is updating the save progress meter.

It doesn't seem like allowing right click (or other prospector operations)
in the middle of a save is a good idea, so we probably ought to make sure
the toolspace is disabled during these critical times.

I'll write this one up.
