Parcel, Xref, Bpoly, Regen, CRASH!!

I have been getting Fatal Errors when I do a regen followed by using the BPOLY command. Here is a more detailed account of what my problem is. I have been able to recreate it using new drawings:

Create a new drawing, Draw 4 lines that form a closed polygon. Make a parcel out of that new polygon. Save the drawing.

Create a new drawing, XREF the first drawing into the second. Create another new parcel in drawing 2 that has a portion that overlaps the drawing 1 parcel.

Now, using either bhatch or bpoly (I haven't tested other stuff yet) pick a point inside the intersecting portion of the two parcels. Now, regen. When I do that, I get "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xfffffff Exception at 22e1805h

System specs:
Dell Precision 360, 2.8GHz, 1Gb memory
Nvidia Quadro FX 500, Driver version 65.73 (latest driver Dell supports, have also tried newer versions)
Windows XP SP2
AutoCAD Civil 3D 2005, SP1
Also installed is AutoCAD LDD 2005

I attached two files that I have been able to consistantly crash by opening drawing 2, using bpoly and picking near the end of the leader, then doing a regen.

Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!

Hi Brad,

I opened your file, used BPOLY as you stated and then ran regen without a
crash in C3D 2005 SP1, and C3D 2006.

Can anyone else here reproduce the crash?

Brad, since C3D crashes for you, please be sure to send in the dump if the
dialog comes up, that would help us to pin-point the cause.

the dialog comes up... you guys look at those??? Just kidding 🙂 I just submitted it, and I also attached a ZIP file to this post containing the dump data.
