Parcel Spanning label doesn't work

In this test drawing, there's one label that doesn't span - on the northern-most lot line.

The 3 other spanning labels work fine, just not that particular one. I've deleted and re-added, flipped, reset, and triple-checked the style.

Deleted and re-added the lot line and checked that the line isn't multiple segments.

Audited, Purged, Copy/paste into a new drawing, inserted into a new blank drawing - still no go.

Can't figure this one out.

Anyone else have any ideas.

Thanks,

Each of the intersecting lot lines extends past the lot line you have labeled. One by 0.0041 and the other by 0.0067. In order for spanning labels to work the lot line cannot cross the line being labeled.
