Parcel Map Inverse Not Rounding Bearings

I have a problem where the Inverse Report is returning values of "N 89-59-60 E" instead of "N 90-0-0 E".

Any ideas how to fix this?  I have attached a screenshot.  A simple rectangular parcel rotated 1 degree.

The head of our survey department is going nuts trying to check things.

Thanks.

Can you use the Map Check report instead of the Inverse? It is a .NET report and does not suffer the same shortcoming.

A Map Check is not the same as an Inverse.

I found it, the function formatAngleToDMS in the file "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 2011\enu\Data\Reports\xsl\General_Formating_JScript.xsl" is simply not accounting for the possibility of "60" minutes or "60" seconds.

I rewrote this function and all is well.
