Parcel Legal Descriptions

I've been using the reports manager for several years to write legal descriptions, through the various versions of C3D.  All of a sudden, I can't seem to be able to get my parcel reports to reverse direction.  I normally write metes and bounds descriptions in a clockwise manner, so I haven't run into this situation in quite awhile.  I know I used to be able to do it in previous versions. 

Anyone know how to do it in 2014?  Seems like the parcel is locked into clockwise, and checking the little "counter clockwise" box in the parcel manager doesn't do anything.

What type of a browser do you use? Can you try it using Internet Explorer 9?

I'm on Internet Explorer 11. I could see if IT still has IE9 around, but it isn't standard.

No go on IE9.  I can't use it on my computer, because other programs I use everyday need a higher version.  Got another idea?

In older versions of C3D, I was able to reverse direction of the Parcel in C3D (not in the Reports Manager).  I don't seem to be able to reverse direction of a parcel anylonger, and it appears to default to clockwise.  Even if I check the counterclockwise button in the Parcels Manager.  C3D 2014 doesn't have a reverse option in Reports Manager (that I can find anyway), so I'm not sure why a previous version of IE would help.
