Parcel Commands

1) Do the slide bearing and swing bearing commands work? I am having a hard time getting them to work. The slide bearing command seems to dead end. 2) Is there supposed to be create ROW command for SP1? 3) Is there a change the default "parcel style" and "parcel label styles" when creating parcels. It has been defaulting to Standard. (the dialogue box that appears every time a parcel is created). Thanks, Tyler Townes, P.E.

In regards to the CreateROW command. You have to delete the civil.mns, civil.mnc,civil.mnl under your windows profile, i.e. C:\Documents and Settings.... then restart Civil 3D and you will see this command under Parcels

Tyler, In the prospector settings tree, right click on the Parcels node then select "Edit Feature Settings". Expand the "Default Styles" category to see the settings for the parcel styles. If you want it to always default to the same style, set it here. If you prefer the style to default to the last used setting, expand the "General" category (above Default Styles) and set "Save command changes to settings" to Yes. Changing this to Yes here will only affect Parcel command settings. If you want all command settings to have this behavior you can edit it for the entire drawing by going to the drawing name root node in prospector settings, right clicking, selecting Drawing Settings then editing the General category in the Ambient Settings tab. You can also edit settings for specific commands. For parcel commands expand the Parcels/Commands node in prospector settings for a list of commands.
