Pallette changing EXE name

I give up. Only one of the users is having this problem. It is every drawing. He right-clicks on his tool pallette and he gets the following error message:

"The A program name changed from A.exe to acad.exe. Some commands and add-on customizations may not load correctly. Continue anyway?"

Whatever you choose, you are going to shut down. No closes the program and yes crashes the program.

I have repaired. The error continues.

He is running Civil3D 2007/SP3 on WinXp/SP2.

Any help would be appreciated.

What is the tool palette? What is the command they are trying to execute? Do
they have other versions of Autocad and/or Verticals installed?

I have had this error, but only when running a custom lisp routine that
accesses ObjectDBX. The problem is linked to referencing the incorrect
ObjectDBX version.

I've heard of this happening after a registry cleanup tool is used. Here is a TS on this message:

All right, I have tried a reinstall using the Add/Remove Programs and I also just did a REMOVE and clean INSTALL. The problem STILL EXISTS. Any suggestions??
