Offset Alignments at intersection?

I want to create offset alignments inside a parcel for my ROW. The problem is what can be done when I come to an intersection where 4 street meet?

For the offest alignments for chamfers or raduis at the intersection.

maybe there is a way, but I don't know how.
But you can add a hide region in the offste alignments abd add the chamfers / ridii with additional alignments
