Odd radial lines showing up in plot preview

Does anyone know why I get these unusual radial lines showing up in my plot preview.  The drawing looks fine on the screen but when I go to plot I get hundreds of lines that converge to a point in my preview.

I'm not seeing anything wrong in plot preview here, using the CutePDF driver.

Side issue - lock block walls with no batter?

Plot preview looks ok in 2013 with OOTB dwg to pdf driver.

As another side issue - I've never seen layouts arranged in the way that you have them before; I tend to have each layout on a different tab and have always done this.

Are there any major advs/ disdavs to either method or is it just down to personal preference/ Standards compliance??

Neil - you weren't using ACad back in the "old days" when there was only one layout tab per drawing.  This type of arrangement used to be the only way to have multiple sheets in a single drawing.

No i only came in at release 2000 and have only known multiple layouts...!!! I presume this is more efficient?

Hello

This isn't my drawing.  I'm just trying to help somone out in m office.  I wouldn't do it that way either.  I also use a separate tab for each drawing sheet.
