Novembe Knowledge base solutions

Am I not reading that correct? Aren't we up to SP3 for 2012?

According to the data & downloads, 2012 Civil 3d SP4 / Update 4 was released on 10/24/13 and Update 1 was released on 10/28/13?

Kind of confusing, but Update 1 readme makes no mention of prior Service Packs included where SP4 mentions you must have applied 2.1 and 3 previously. Seems to be the old SP1 with a new reissue date AFAIK.

It is odd. I ask mod for clarification but have not heard anything yet
