Since you haven't mentioned it, have you AUDITed the drawing?
If that produces no results, check for the Express Tool Layer Manager
settings. If there are any in there that you are not using, delete them,
purge, audit and try the plot, again. (I've seen the ET layer manager
appear to create a very similar error twice........removed them and all was
well.)

Bill, yes, I am getting the same results on Plot Preview, it is not on a
Non-printing layer, and not on Defpoints Layer, and it has the same results
using different printers.
I have been testing this now and the only way to get a full plot is having
the "Plot Paperspace Last" checked - which is not what I want since the
grid on paperspace interferes with the proposed profile.
Another odd thing is that one particular note (mtext) with leader does not
plot at all. If I copied a different note and randomly place them on the
plan (in Paperspace), they also do not plot. Should I just hand write this
note after it gets plotted?
