No commands recognized

Hi-

I have a user whose C3D suddenly stopped recognizing all commands, both typed and on the ribbon.  Even if she tried to double click out of model space into paper space if said Paperspace command was not recognized.  She couldn't even Quit.  This is the second time this has happened to her.  Does anyone have any ideas as to why it is happening, what we can do to prevent it, and if there is anything we can do other than Ctrl+Alt+Delete once it does happen?

Thanks so much!

You could try a Reset of User Settings.
This resets everything to default and all customizations etc. would need to be backed up, or they'll be gone.

I experienced the same issue in 2014, and it would crash after. I deleted items from my temp folder (C:\Windows\Users\%USERNAME%\appdata\local\temp\) and everything runs smooth again.
