Netload and extended applications

I am currently trying to execute a NETLOAD with a microsoft excel program.  The issue I am having is that when I execute my extended application the excl file continues to ask if I want to resave my excel file.  Once I tell it to replace the file it will notify me that the file already exists and I can not continue.  I know this maybe a question for an excel forum, but has anyone experienced issues with netload and/or excel like this?

I think you probably need to ask this in the developer forum.

Why are you trying to netload in AutoCad from Excel, why don't you add a self install feature for the command then run "Command" via vb?
