Need help importing .fxl file to Civil 3d 2012 that has Feature Code Library

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to import a .fxl file to civil 3d that has a feature code library. I believe the .fxl file is from a Trimble source. I am looking for a way to insert it into a drawing in civil 3d so that i can export the feature code library and drawing to Carlson. Is this possible or not and if so what are the steps.

Our place does not have Trimble. I was only given a .fxl file to work with.

Civil3D has nothing like this built in. There is at least one 3rd party add on which provides this capability: Sincpac-C3D
