Need Help for autocad Drawing

I hadalready made one software which does all calculation part and gives ans in excel. Now i want to make its digramattic representation in autocad. I am using vs2010  vb.net . and have AutoCad 2014.

Is this possible to open autocad through .net and draw Digram. Digram is fix but it get repeated no of time with different reading . readings are available in excel sheet. is ts posssible and how. Please give me a some ideas.

I need to draw template once then just copy it but readings are change as per  requirement. Need urgent help
