Modifying Breaklines

I've made a simple surface consisting of solely three 3D polylines as
breakline data. I've demonstrated how I can move the vertices around by
using grips and the surface will automatically update with "Rebuild
Automatic" checked on.

I have a few VBA routines I've written that modify the elevations of
vertices of 3D polylines for grading design purposes. When I use one of my
routines on the breakline, I can see the changes are correctly recorded in
the Breakline Properties of Prospector, but the surface does not rebuild
automatically. I have to manually choose rebuild.

Can this be addressed on your end, or is there something I can add to my VBA
code to get Civil 3D to rebuild automatically upon the change?

These tools are essential to me for grading design.

Thanks,
Fred

Sounds like this is probably a defect so I'll write up the report.
Generally, surfaces are supposed to autobuild whenever AutoCAD returns the
state where you can do pickfirst selection (that is, after every command,
vba macro, etc.)
