How can I to modify (exaggerate),  the vertical scale factor of the surface when I am seeing on the object viewer option.

Like this - may only work for triangles?

Edit Surface Style > Analysis > Elevations > Elevations Display Mode

This worked for me.  I've been wanting to look at my surfaces with a vertical exaggeration in object view and finally found a way.  Enjoy!!
