There are basically three types of breaklines:
1) polylines - specifically, 3D polylines
2) 3D lines - TINs are a good example
3) proximity polylines - 2D polylines but there must be points (from the
point database) in proximity to the vertices of the selected polyline
included as part of the surface definition.
Does anybody have a clue what distance constitutes proximity?
