Model and Layout Tabs Lower Left of Screen

Good morning.

My Options (screenshot shown on appended JPG) has "Display Layout and Model Tabs" checked.

However, these tabs do not appear in my drawing. 

What am I doing wrong?

Your drawing is not maximized to the dwg pane so the tabs are below the Status Bar/Tray area. Either maximize the drawing or resize & drag it up.
