I've run into this before in previous versions and in my current version (2012). I see others have had the issue as well without a definitive solution. As mentioned in the subject, various components of the pipe network goes missing from profile from time to time and I'm unable to recreated them.
Elevations are within the profile range.
The specific pipes and struct's are checked on and not overriden in the profile view properties.
Data shortcuts are syncronized.
It seems using data shortcuts for my pipe networks is the common denominator... should I just avoid this and keep all my pipe networks with my alignment/profile dwgs?
