Mid-Ordinate Distance with Breaklines

I have searched, but have not found, where can I set the default for my
mid-ordinate distance when adding breaklines to a surface. Would like to
change it from 1.0 to 0.1.
Thanks

I looked too.... seems that command is buried somehow inside the surface
creation command and may not be changeable... I will keep digging.

There is no option for this in 2008 and before. And if it has been added in 2009, I haven't been able to find it yet.

Yeah, it's 2009 I'm looking for, if it's there, it's buried pretty deep.
The only default mid-ordinate value I've been able to find is for
creating a feature line from an alignment. Nothing for adding
breaklines to surfaces.

I found what appears to be the option in

Toolspace -> Settings -> Surface -> Commands -> AddSurfaceBreaklines -> Add data options

I changed it to 0.05 and that figure is now greyed-out when I add the breaklines.

...But on viewing the surface it seems to have still used the default value (when using Proximty breaklines)!
