Menus Selected in CUI Disappear

The additional pull down menus I select in the CUI dialog box are gone after I close C3d (or LDD for that matter). When I open the program back up and go into the CUI the menus are still selected but not present. I have to un-check them, apply changes, then recheck them and close to get them to come back. I have this problem with the new Corridor EZY menu in C3d and with pipes, hydrology, etc. in LDD. I usually simply modify the standard C3d complete workspace but I have had the same problem if I make a new custom work space. It is as though only a certain number of menus can be added.

There is a limit of 24 menus in a CUI. Are you exceding that?

Yes I would like more than 24. Well I guess that's it then. I wonder why there would be a limit? They do not take up much room on my wide screen monitor. Bummer

Thanks for the info all !!

Hi,

You can have any number of menus in a CUI. AutoCAD, on startup, will only
display the first 24 of the menus which were visible when you closed down.

In Civil 3D, simply load your workspace as the first thing when you start.
