Memorial page for Richard 'Sinc' Sincovec

I was just asked by Sinc's family to share this with all those who may be interested. There is a link to a memorial setup for Sinc on the [url=ejsurveying.com]Edward-James Surveying[/url] web site. For those who have asked me to pass along messages, here is a way you can do so a bit more personally.

Indeed,, I can't even think of how many times sinc has been there to help...
