I can't create a new Alias
and the Query dialog is missing with command line options only
Any one else seeing this behaviour??
All works as expected in Map 3D 2015 and Civil 3D 2014

Haven't heard of the not able to create an alias issue, but the missing dialog for queries has been an issue for a few. Don't know of a fix or workaround.

your missing dialog box had to do with this: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-map-3d/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/...

Darren:
I added the above info (setting the file location for map) and my 2015 SP2 seems to work with the ADEQUERY. However, I did not try it before I set the location.
One thing to note. The example shows the location in "C" drive. It needs to be the installation DRIVE or you will not find it.

Darren: When I wrote the above, I did not realize that it was your earlier post that I was referring to. Did you set the map file location in the SUPPORT FILE SEARCH PATH ?
