Manually rotate point lables?

I'm doing a pavement elevation plan & need to rotate the elevation text manually.   For instance, on one side of the road I need the text at 45d & the other at 235d, and at intersections I'll need to rotate the text to varying angles.  Is this possible?

Yes, you can rotate CogoPoint labels in a variety of ways.
