Manhole Labeling (Pipe Network)

When labeling manholes in profile (or plan view for that matter) where I
have a junction of 2 incoming lines I need something like this:
Sta 0+00 Sewer C =
Sta 19+75.21 Sewer A
etc.

Apparently typing in the extra label is my only option as best as I can
tell.
Any comments to the contrary.

Thanks,

Bill

I have been asking about station equations myself. There is a minor allowance for a station equation but as far as I've been able to find out from anyone else there is no other way, as of now, to label one other than what you are doing right now. You can add a separate label for the manhole in question using another alignment to reference too but if you plans are anything like ours, there is a limited space for labels in those types of areas.

If you find a new way of adding station equations please let us all know.

Thanks for the response.

Will forward any options if they surface.

At this time, there's not much you can do. We resorted to inserting a label
with a blank line in it, then using MText to fake in the 0+00 Line X portion
into that blank space.

It's not pretty...

The program that I have that I am porting form LDD does this labeling.
It is not smart so if something changes then you have to relabel but it
is easy and fast. It looks and compares alignments and labels
accordingly. If I get it to work I may share it for critique. I have
some hurdles to work through due to changes in the API from LDD to C3D.

I too would love more smarts in the labeling and options in the
labeling. I wish the autolabels would label whether the alignment was
turning to the left or right. It gets the angle but not direction.
