Make a cut of terrain layers

Customer have a notch who made on the field (Layer Usjek SVE - blue) ... How to cut all the layers above the notch? As a pie, or something simmilar.

How big is this file?  Can't it be posted here instead of on some unknown site I've never heard of?

 

Better yet, can you take some screen shots and post them to explain what you're looking to do?

I got 93% of the file opened then a crash. ....

File is 9MB large, but I had a problem to upload it on forum (time exceeded) zipped to 7MB
