Is there a mac-compatible autoCAD Civil 3D program ?

Welcome to the community Elsie!

 

Have you checked out our Mac Compatible Product Page yet? While Civil 3D is not currently on the list, AutoCAD is fully supported.

No. From reading the tea leaves I wouldn't think it was imminent either.

...but because the Mac is such a sexy platform (allegedly) it would be pretty much bug free (and any bugs would be fixed quickly) unlike it's Windows equivalentSmiley Wink

 

but seriously...just stick to the Windows platform for us engineers and let the bow tied red spectacled architects have their Macs...!!!!

Thank you. 

I have a highway engineering project and I specifically need the Civil 3D program. 

I hope plans of a Mac compatible version are around the corner.

No Sorry. If at all, it would surprise me if it was less that 5 years. And that's a big if.

I don Mac but I've read that there are ways to run Windows programs on them. That's about your best bet right now.
