Location of Profile Views

I am running C3D 2009. Where are the Profile View styles located? I am unable to find them to copy to another drawing.

Toolspace> Settings Tab> [your drawing]> Profile View> Profile View Styles....

You can also try hitting the F5 key to refresh the list.
